Job Responsibilities

To respond, follow up and complete design requests on time.
To understand project requirements and produce designs for proposals and tenders, collaborating with Sales and Operations Teams to clinch projects.
To take on special customized projects whenever required
To ensure information are properly handed over to Sales and Operations Teams, in accordance to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and ensuring all installation compliance
To visit Clients with Sales/Operations team for presentations, networking etc.
To assist Design Manager to perform any other related projects and duties as required.

Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Preferably 2 years of working experience in design, landscape, architecture, or any related field
Software Skill(s): Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
Creative and has technical knowledge in basic construction design
Able to create design concept and narrative for Design Proposals
