Adecco is partnering with a German MNC company specialising in Apparel, Home Goods and Food, and they are looking for a Design Manager to join their team!

Permanent employment with attractive remunerations and benefits (Basic + AWS + VB)

• Responsible for the research, preparation & presentation of trend reports to stakeholders, including but not limited to moodboards, creations, etc.
• Preparation of design concepts and alignment with multiple teams inclduing Singapore and overseas, across all categories/segments
• Collaborates with internal teams to update on work processes
• To provide guidance & support to the team members with design proposals, product execution and having a clear and proper overview on all design related matters and processes
• Manages capacity, resources and budget for design team

Job requirements

• Min Degree in business or fashion/ product design or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions
• Strong conceptual thinking
• High level of creativity and a good sense for color & apparel trends
• International exposure is requried, with exposure in America and Europe preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills to influence stakeholders
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and responsible
• Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, experience with CLO/ Browzwear is a plus
• Is naturally proactive and committed to working in a dynamic environment
