Company Overview
Established in 2009, the Silver Bullion Group provides customers systemic wealth protection against threats to the financial system, through investing and safekeeping of precious physical metals (silver, gold, platinum) and base metals (nickel).
In late 2020, the group took the next big step of purchasing its own building which was named The Reserve . Once completed in late 2023, The Reserve will be able to store nearly 500 million troy ounces (or 15,500 metric tons) of silver and gold in Singapore. The facility is uniquely designed to store large quantities of silver and is capable of holding 28% of globally identifiable silver bullion inventories (based on 52,947 metric tons of above-ground silver as reported by the Silver Institute\'s 2021 World Silver Survey).
Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the following position: Design Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist and support in any type of architectural & interior design project
- Develop the project through all stages to completion
- Attend clients, consultants, and suppliers\' meetings
- Able to coordinate technical meetings
- Able to work beyond office hours and weekends when necessary
- Able to work with tight deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related feild
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (Site construction, Architectural & Interior Design, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop
- Creative individual with strong aesthetic sensibilities
- Good understanding of architectural & interior spatial planning, developing design through various stages, executing the intended design with any assigned builders
- Meticulous with design details with an in-depth understanding of material properties and construction sequence
