Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm (Weekend on-call rotation once every quarter)

Provide technical support to premium customer accounts via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Collaborate with Technical Support teams globally and locally
Engage upper-tier support or product management to resolve complex issues.
Escalate critical issues internally and provide regular updates to customers.
Reproduce and document solutions for known customer issues, while staying updated on new technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Preferably 6 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support or similar roles.
Proficiency in Windows OS, Linux/*Nix OS, with strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication to provide resolutions
