General Function

• Design products from concept through production according to customers\' specifications and satisfaction
  

• Involved in design conceptualisation and development of an idea.
• Involved in customer meetings to receive design inputs and to present design outputs.
• Involved in Documentation needed for Design and Development Process.
• Coordinate Design review meetings with internal team and external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. Create CAD design, 20 drawings, FMEA and artwork for the assigned projects.
• Create CAD design, 20 drawings, FMEA and artwork for the assigned projects.
• Create CMF (colour, material and finishing) for the assigned projects.
• Create and present visual communications to stakeholders.
• Work with relevant multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Work on Prototypes of the selected designs to ensure functionality and design validation are met.
• Troubleshoot with the Engineering team or Operations team or Quality/Testing team to complete and resolve any issues throughout the various Design Phases.
• Ensure that project is smoothly handed over to the manufacturing team.

• Support your reporting officer in any work -related ad-hoc duties.
• Support all digit alization initiatives in the company.

• Proficient in Graphic Design software such as Adobe Suites.
• Strong knowledge of the properties of packaging materials such as paper.
• Good understanding of a broad range of fabricat io n techniques and standard industrial management methods.
• Responsible, independent, self-driven and possesses good communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in graphic design in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Accountability to ISO System.
