Responsibilities

Manage sales inquiries in collaboration with the director.
Six to eight projects at most should be handled concurrently.
Based on the requirements of the homeowners, create a design proposal or moodboard.
Layouts for 2D spatial plans have been developed.
Construct BQ quotations.
Building landed homes and condominiums for at least five years.
To meet the needs of the client, efficiently communicate with vendors.
Make sure the entire onsite project is completed by working with the project manager.
To guarantee the highest level of onsite work delivery quality, establish plans with suppliers.
If necessary, accompany the client when selecting materials, accessories, and furniture from the listed vendors.

Requirements

With related or relevant industries or construction background and export experience with 1 year experience, self learner and good in details.
Working Location : Ubi
Working days: 5 working days per week, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm
