Job Description

We are looking for a

Designer Project Manager

to oversee design development, project coordination, and execution for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, excellent project management skills, and experience in handling commercial or residential design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage design projects from initial concept to final handover. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and design expectations. Develop detailed design proposals, layouts, and material specifications. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved. Prepare and review design drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation materials. Manage project timelines, costing, and resources efficiently. Conduct site meetings to ensure work aligns with approved design and schedule. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent. Minimum

3 -9years

of experience in project and design management. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Strong project coordination and client communication skills. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects. Familiar with Singapore's building codes and BCA submission process. * Strong sense of aesthetics and functional design.
