We're looking for a welcoming and well-presented Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you enjoy interacting with people, keeping things organised, and supporting daily operations with a smile, this role could be a great fit.
As the face of our front desk, you'll help create a warm, professional first impression while ensuring that administrative and reception tasks run smoothly.
What You'll Do
1) Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet clients and visitors warmly upon arrival
Assist with basic enquiries and guide guests to the right person or meeting room
Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere at the reception area
2) Administrative Support
Handle appointment bookings, check-ins, and simple scheduling tasks
Answer phone calls and manage message-taking professionally
Prepare and organise front-desk documents when needed
3) Operational Duties
Keep the reception and waiting area neat and presentable
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth client flow
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Who We're Looking For
Pleasant, well-spoken, and confident in interacting with people
Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
Responsible, punctual, and organised
Able to multitask and stay composed in a client-facing environment
Students welcome if you can commit reliably to scheduled hours
