  • 3+ years of experience providing IT support
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • ITIL Certification
