Desktop Engineer

Job Requirements,

  • Minimally 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on experience in supporting end users computing devices
  • Strong communication skills and attention to details, customer oriented
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in ticketing tools
Technical Requirements,
  • Windows 7 and above
  • Office 365, MS Office 2016
  • Symantec Anti-Virus
  • Cloning tools (MDT)
  • Basic network in configuring wireless devices and network printing
  • MDM / InTunes
Working Site Candidates to be deployed to either Ng Teng Fong Hospital, National University Hospital, Alexandra Hospital or
Polyclinics \xe2\x80\x93 Pioneer, Clementi, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong, Queenstown, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Batok

Working Hours Mon-Friday (8.30am to 6pm), Sat (8.30am -3pm)
