Job Description
Our client are hiring Desktop Support (End Users Support) for T3/SATCC.Working hour: 12 hours ShiftLocation: Changi Airport T3Job Scope:
- Level 1 Desktop Support - Tech Refresher
- Managing a Airport system 24/7 Level 1 system support role
- Troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
- Training will be provided
- Relevant qualification from IT / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical System engineering related field.
- Need attend Work at height & physically fit
- Need physical strength to carry 15Kg battery and climb stairs
- Singapore Class 3 driving license or is currently in midst of taking practical lesson
