Desktop Engineer L2, WOG, Up to 3.2k - ACKL
Our client is a multinational information technology company headquartered in Singapore.
Currently they are sourcing for the role of desktop engineer. This role is under a 1-year agency contract.
Working Hours : Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (including 1 hr lunch break)
Overtime:
- 24*7 Standby Support only when required for GE, PE activity
- Compensated with OT pay or time off, subject to approval
- Not exceeding 44 hours per week
- IMDA, Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang)
- May be required to travel offsite, but not frequently. Travelling reimbursement will be given, capped at $100
- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
- Perform service request related to client platform
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
- Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project
- 2 years of experience and above preferred
- WOG experience preferred
- Windows 10
- VIP experience preferred
