Scope: Incident support, Service Request and Smart Hands & eyes

Min relevant experience: 3 years in a corporate environment

Skillset required: Win 10, outlook / O365 troubleshooting, Imaging PC, deployment

Domain: Banking

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (shift 830 AM to 530 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM)

There will be a BGC process for this role, hence you should have highest educational certificate, last 3 yrs employment documents. Also we will request for a credit report post selection.
