Desktop Support Engineer Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Working location: Changi (discuss during interview) Job Responsibilities * Install, manage Desktop Support Engineer Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Working location: Changi (discuss during interview) Job Responsibilities Install, manage, and support Windows Operating Systems and Mobile device management Package software with administrative rights Manage Application deployment on PC and Mobile devices Resolve all Incidents in a timely manner, according to the appropriate incident Severity Level defined Coordinate with Service Desk and provide level 2 and level 3 support to Service desk and Users Desktop support and mobile device troubleshooting for applications Handle EUC support for local and overseas users via remote support tools Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops Handle printer problems at users' desktops Assist users in accessing applications Assist in providing technical information and knowledge Procurement of IT desktop/laptop equipment and update of Asset Requirement: Some exposure to VMWare Workspace One tool is preferably At least 1 year relevant experience as desktop engineer is preferably
