Provide daily onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for end-users
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and IT equipment
Perform user account setups, password resets, and access rights management in Active Directory/O365
Maintain incident logs, update helpdesk tickets, and ensure timely resolution according to SLA
Provide basic support for servers, LAN/WAN, and CCTV/network devices when required
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement and escalate complex issues
Assist with IT asset inventory, backups, system upgrades, and patch updates
Deliver user training on IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and new applications if needed
Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in desktop or technical support
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, MS Office, networking & common desktop applications
Familiar with Active Directory, Outlook/O365, remote support tools, antivirus, etc.
Good communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work independently
Able to start at short notice an advantage
