We are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to join the growing Mantel DevRel team and help the onboarding of developers and projects onto the Mantle blockchain.

Your Role

Be a leading Mantle evangelist: attending & speaking at industry events, publishing thought leader content, and enhancing developer materials

Alongside the community team, build developer outreach programs and create open communication channels for understanding feature requests or any developer issues.

Enable developers on Mantle by building and providing prototypes, code samples, developer guides, and technical support to guides

Synthesize developer feedback into clear technical requirements, and work with the engineering team to improve our products accordingly.

Your Craft

2+ years of experience in software engineering. or 2+ years in developer relations in blockchain

Familiarity with the Ethereum landscape and the latest scaling technology

Experience of creating developer focused technical materials with a portfolio of your work.

You are a self starter that thrives in a small team environment and is capable of wearing multiple hats in different situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in asynchronous and synchronous communication, giving and receiving feedback, and working independently or with a team.
