Key Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in developing complex Qlik Sense dashboards and NPrinting reports. Strong knowledge of Qlik Sense architecture, data modelling, and visualization best practices. Experience in managing large-scale Qlik Sense environments, including performance tuning and system monitoring. Setting up of Disaster Recovery sites for Qlik Sense implementation Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with documentation and change management processes Good track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility. Working closely with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while considering business, technical and delivery constraints Experience in banking industry preferred Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development and testing experience Good understanding and experience in software development cycle Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders
Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar domain Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory.
