Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Development Executive to join the Regional Development Team at our state-of-the-art offices in Paya Lebar. You will Provide support to and participate in the design and delivery of development projects to ensure successful execution. You will be reporting into the Head of Development and collaborate with an ambitious development team here in Asia.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to routine and/or less complicated aspects and/or phases of projects and under the direction of relevant supervisors, identify issues and/or non-conformances, escalating for the attention of senior staff.
• Contribute to sales and marketing aspects of projects as directed which may include conducting market research on target market drivers, demographics and competitor analysis to support and inform management decision making.
• Contribute to the preparation, review and management of construction contracts which may include undertaking cost analysis and preparing recommendations on contract variations under supervision.
  
  

In order to be considered for this great opportunity you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Architecture, and/or Construction Management, combined with at least 3 years experience as a development professional preferably with Real Estate Firm. If you have a great interpersonal ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders will be a benefit.
