Job Description

• 
  Our Client Japanese Trading company which handles building materials. Now they are looking for a Development Manager / Assistant Manager position for assistance in establishing new real estate projects/investments related to the real estate sector/construction sector. This Manager / Assistant Manager position is key to making good teamwork in the company and good relationships with the internal company and all potential partner companies in Singapore.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Search for potential partner companies and contact them to assist Senior Manager.
  • Monitor and create monthly or quarterly economic indications / real estate market / identify trends/construction market reports.
  • Benchmark of assets performance relative to the approved business plan, budget, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Create feasibility studies and including but not limited to: land, prices & availability, infrastructure, and future government projects, design & construction costs.

  • Possess a minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Real Estate Sector or Construction Sector, Related Sector
  • Intermediate expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Excellent communication in English, as regular verbal and written reporting to the internal company as well as a potential partner company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills / professional and humble behavior, but proactive.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient user of accounting software / Word / Excel

• Working Hour

  9:00 ~ 17:30
