What the role is:

Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. We work with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise.

The Food Services industry, comprising of subsectors like restaurants, cafes, kiosks, fast food and coffeeshops, plays a vital role in Singapore\'s economy and fulfills important social and economic objectives. The Food Services team drive and implement industry-wide initiatives to ensure the continued vibrancy of the sector and groom more local champions to become global brands.

What you will be working on:

Develop and execute manpower-related policies within the Food Services industry.

Source, manage, and leverage data to support policy and decision making processes.

Contribute to sub-sector development through targeted projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects that shape capability development, innovation, and internationalization efforts within the industry.

Translate and disseminate data-driven insights to influence stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to acquire skills in policy development, programme design and management, account management, and stakeholder engagement.

Additionally, you will be able to apply your data analysis and storytelling skills. This role will allow you to deepen your knowledge of the Food Services industry and stay up to date with the latest developments in the sector.

What we are looking for:

Possess two or more years of working experience.

Strong data analytics and storytelling skills.

Proficient in reading, managing, and tracking data sets and dashboards.

Highly resourceful and digitally savvy.

Experience in policy formulation and execution within the Public Service or consultancy role is a bonus.
