For more information, visit .Introduction:As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer\xe2\x80\x99s 1st time design success.Your Job:Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test resultsWorks closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issuesPrepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as neededSome basic programming is needed for data analysis.
