PositionIn a dynamic and diverse environment, we seek for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Corporate Banking IT & Cash Management Services (CCS) department in accountable of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB.As a DevOps role within the CCS department, primarily responsible to overseeing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, enhancing automation, deployment, and monitoring across environments of the Cash Management digital platform. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve scalability and operational efficiency through innovative integration and automation solutions.Key responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Develop and optimize complex continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery\xc2\xb7 Architect and design scalable, secure and robust infrastructure solutions to accommodate Cash Management digital platform needs.\xc2\xb7 Integrate security practices into the software development life cycle\xc2\xb7 Implement and optimize monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve performance issues, ensuring high availability and consistent system performance.\xc2\xb7 Lead incident response strategies, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid future occurrences\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams within department and different departments to align DevOps strategies with business goals and ensure smooth project execution\xc2\xb7 Continuous research and implement new technologies and methodologies to drive improvements in infrastructure deployment, scalability and the software development process\xc2\xb7 Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.\xc2\xb7 Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices.Qualifications and Profile\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, software development or system operations.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Perl.\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or Circle CI\xc2\xb7 Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration\xc2\xb7 Expertise in using containerization & orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.\xc2\xb7 Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Puppet.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and managing hybrid cloud environments\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of distributed platform & micro services architecture\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with network architecture and security protocols (SSL/TSL, Firewall, VPNs).\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of Bigdata Ecosystem components HDFS, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Yarn, Hive, Zookeeper, Flink, Ranger & Elastic search\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills, with a record of handling complex system integration issues\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of cash management and investment bankingSupplementary InformationOther Professional Skills and Mindset\xc2\xb7 Deliver best practices recommendations and highly technical implementations with cross-product integrations based on needs\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate core concepts to IT Management, executives and developers\xc2\xb7 Comprehensive understanding of and experience working in Agile team\xc2\xb7 Very good organization skill with attention to details, Team player mindset\xc2\xb7 Understanding and respect of cultural diversityPosition locationGeographical areaAsia, SingaporeCitySingapourCandidate criteriaMinimal education levelBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalentAcademic qualification / SpecialityDegree and above in relevant disciplineLevel of minimal experience6-10 years
