Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and oversee containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Streamline automation for deploying, monitoring, and expanding Kubernetes clusters in live environments.
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, covering computing, storage, networking, and security. Utilize services like EC2, S3, and EKS (or their Azure counterparts) to support hybrid cloud environments.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, automating build, test, and deployment workflows to streamline software delivery.
- Establish monitoring and logging mechanisms to maintain system stability, detect issues early, and enhance performance. Build alerting and dashboard solutions for real-time insights.
- Apply security best practices across cloud, CI/CD, and containerized systems, including identity management, encryption, and vulnerability assessment to safeguard applications and data.
- DevOps Certificate in AWS/Azure
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages to automate workflows and processes.
- Good understanding of cloud and container security best practices.
