DevOps Engineer

Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Normal office hours (Hybrid Working Arrangements)
Remuneration Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS

We are looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of our digital services. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of millions of citizens and shape the future of digital governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and delivery of software applications.
• Utilize your expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to deploy and manage containerized applications, optimizing scalability, availability, and performance.
• Leverage AWS Cloud services to architect, build, and maintain reliable and secure infrastructure that supports our digital services.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements to our infrastructure and development practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the tech sector, specifically in DevOps or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, with hands-on experience using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Demonstrated expertise in AWS Cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
