Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure services, automation, containerization, and monitoring, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Azure cloud environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Machines, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and Azure App Services.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation:
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve software delivery.
• Implement Blue-Green Deployments, Canary Releases, and Rollback Strategies.
• Configuration Management & Automation:
• Utilize Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management.
• Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate tasks.
• Implement GitOps workflows for managing infrastructure.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement container security best practices and optimize resource utilization.
• Security & Compliance:
• Ensure IAM roles, policies, and security best practices in Azure.
• Implement Azure Security Center, Key Vault, and RBAC for secure access management.
• Monitoring & Logging:
• Set up monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Implement proactive alerting and performance optimization strategies.
• Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Experience with security best practices, IAM, and RBAC in Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
