Responsibilities * Manage the development of internal engineering productivity tools and environments

• Provide support and implementation for DevOps architecture
• Plan and design cloud deployments, including private and public clouds
• Ensure future-proofing of technical environments with a focus on automation, availability, scalability, and resilience
• Manage processes, automation, best practices, and documentation
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Implement monitoring automation to proactively identify and address issues
• Conduct research on software issues and explore new products or technologies
• Hands-on coding and mentoring, often in a collaborative pair programming setting
• Work in a fast-paced, global environment, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks
• Possess knowledge of various open-source technologies and configurations
• Foster a collaborative team environment and emphasize the importance of quality in all aspects of development and operations.

Requirements * Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or related fields

• Demonstrated experience of at least 4+ years in DevOps automation, containerization, and orchestration utilizing tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar languages
• Hands-on expertise in managing hybrid infrastructure, encompassing both cloud and on-premises environments, with proficiency in VMware, Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile/Lean methodologies, including SCRUM and KANBAN
• Thorough understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
• Experience working with Software Defined Networks and Infrastructure as Code, utilizing tools like Terraform and Ansible.
