Responsibilities:

Traditional On-premises Storage Platforms (File and Block Storage solutions) Cloud Service Offerings (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) in Hybrid Cloud environments Excellent knowledge of AWS storage services (FSx, EFS and S3) and deployments Highly expertise in merger and accusations storage migration projects in AWS, Azure, Synology and snowball etc Expertise in data migration expert in Merger and accusation in corporate file shares across NAS/Windows environments with NTFS permissions retained. Data migration initiatives for M&A activities, consolidating multitenant environments into centralized AWS infrastructure Designing and deploying AWS services using solution design and deployment approach Operational ITIL support processes and managing platform support KPIs Supporting enterprise-class storage HW refresh, patching and upgrades, capacity management tasks and participate and handle performance.

Requirements:

10-14 years of relevant IT technical experience in enterprise storage solutions, cloud providers, and Merger and accusation Hands-on experience leading storage merger and accusation data-migration projects as technical SME, and handling escalations as SME Experience with infrastructure, network, or security issues troubleshooting. Proven experience working and supporting Hybrid cloud environments Experience with developing self-services using ServiceNow SRM knowledge of observability tools such as Beyond compare , Prometheus, Grafana, Nobel9, or similar platforms Experience building solution using AWS Services Lambda, and CloudWatch etc. Expertise in Migration & Storage: NetApp, Nutanix, EMC, Synology, M365 migrations, Data Center to Cloud migration * Experience in DevOps: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Automation.
