Job Description
Are you a DevOps Engineer who possesses strong skillsets in Kubernetes and AWS? Our client, an international financial services firm, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of the systems in the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement security best practices and perform vulnerability assessments.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Configure and maintain container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Work on infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies to enhance our processes.
- 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is required due to the need for liasing with various stakeholders
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Linux / Database technologies
- Related certifications in Kubernetes and Cloud is a plus
