Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to join our Digital Factory team to participate together with operations and development in the entire development lifecycle, from design through the development process to productions support.

This incumbent will make use of the many techniques and tools typically characterized by operations and development functions, to positively impact our end-users.

What You\'ll Do

• You will bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify our infrastructure and services.
• You will leverage knowledge in DevOps leading practices across platforms, systems, and applicable use cases in influencing other teams and broader Engineering groups.
• You will guide and support less-experienced team members as mentor and improving the team productivity across teams.
• You will work with multiple engineering teams and supporting the development, build, test, release, and operations phases

through innovative use of the latest technologies. * You will design and build the DevOps platform and onboard the applications.

• You will explore DevOps for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), applying version control systems, monitoring tools, virtualization tests to

automate and govern the operations. * You will analyse existing processes and implement best practices to streamline and automate processes using the right

tools and technologies. * You will design and integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring data integrity and security are not compromised at

every stage of the product lifecycle. * You will build and maintain the cloud test environment, automated test platform of on-premises

and cloud.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor\'s in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• You should have minimum of 4 years working experience in DevOps and proficient in Python Programming.
• You should have knowledge of web and mobile applications architecture.
• You should have experience in cloud and hybrid cloud environment. e.g. Azure and AWS
• You should have experience in container technology. e.g. K8s.
• You should have experience with programming/scripting language. Shell, PowerShell, Python, Java. Groovy
• You should have experience in DevOps and Security tools. e.g. Jenkins, Nexus, InfluxDB, Grafana, ELK, SonarQube,

Fortify, NexusIQ etc * You should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide support on applications within scope.

• You should be self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information.
• DevOps, Agile methodology, Cloud related certifications will be an added advantage.
