We provide our community of institutions, builders and innovators with the resources and liquidity to go further.We are looking for a DevOps / Network Engineer to join our growing team.RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the DevOps and Network Engineering team you will: Work on office setup LAN, WFH Setup (Citrix/VPN Clients), Firewall intrusion detection tools and dashboards, alerting. Office traffic surveillance ( what coming in and going out), AD Directory integration. Encrypted Filesystems implementation. Cross connectivity between Cloud - Office - Data Centers and Monitoring of these connections. Plan and conduct Mock Intrusion tests/drills. Continuously improve security of network, apply patches to firewall and antivirus software. Work on AWS Side of network setup, security, roles and policy building. secure and maintain our azure domain server required for internal applications. Move away from On-Demand AWS Machines to Reserve Instances to cut cost by 40-60%. Work on critical data backup (NAS drives, AWS Databases/S3 Buckets). Troubleshoot display lag and other connectivity issues and come up with optimal hardware required to run the mission critical applications. Suggest better ways to control phishing and email spoofing attacksSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work in Singapore. At least 4 years of experience Minimum B.S. degree in technical field. Working experience with Switches, Routers, Firewall, WAN, Logging Software. Working experience with BGP, troubleshooting lease lines, reverse proxy, and routings. Knowledge of writing database backup and recovery PowerShell/python scripts. Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights. Strong logical thinking and analysis abilities. Passionate, self-motivated, and takes ownership. Some Financial knowledge (Crypto Options/Futures) and experience would be highly desired but not compulsory. Understanding of best practices and policies in network designing and security. Possess a good attention to detail i.e., writing good JIRA tickets, merge requests and comments where necessary. A strategic thinker who can convert thoughts into communicable and executable ideas.
