We are partnering an established Education Technology company to identify a DevOps QA manager overseeing a team of DevOps and test automation engineers, building up a cross-functional engineering discipline and further enhancing the agile methodologies within. The company prides itself on its innovative projects that impacts and brings real value to life.
Responsibilities You are tasked to develop an overall strategy for DevOps, Quality assurance and Digital governance, overseeing the workflows across departments. You will actively monitor emerging technology trends, solutions and assess their applicability to business initiatives and strategies. You will help to review test procedures, reviewing bug reports and highlight any problem areas, assigning and monitoring DevOps engineers to ensure that CI/CD pipelines are implemented in the most efficient way.
Requirements
You have 6+ years of experience in supporting and driving a DevOps culture with experience in practices such as continuous integration, deployment, microservices, software delivery for large scale digital transformation projects and prior team management experience.- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with good understanding of opensource and automation tools.
- Good understanding of container deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and scaled agile framework experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with keen interest in latest technological trends.
- Any additional Cloud certifications a huge plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to cultivate teams.
