Lead DevSecOps Engineering Team Delivery & Vendor Management, and Escalation Management Operational Strategy & Governance of Platform Security & Compliance Design, and Operational Ownership Fulfilment & Onboarding, Architecture, and Compliance Architect, Design & Governance of CI/CD & Infrastructure Design and Management of Observability, Monitoring and Reliability RCA Governance, and Management of Incident Detection, Response, Resolution and Escalation Oversight, Continuous Improvement & Excellence of Operations and Support Management Operational Strategy and Management of Cost, Governance & Risk Management Engineering Leadership & Governance of Solution Design, Implementation Delivery, and SDL

Skills for Success:

Bachelor Degree in Business, IT or EEE or related 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps and platform engineering, with a strong focus on complex multi-tenant and multi-cloud environments. Proven track record in cloud service delivery and operations, including designing and maintaining isolation models (network, compute, and data) for multi-tenant platforms. Extensive experience architecting secure, automated onboarding and service provisioning workflows, including tenant bootstrapping (VPC, IAM, quotas, encryption). Strong background in platform security and compliance, with hands-on involvement in Security by design at platform, network levels, Policy-as-code and shift-left security adoption. Incident management leadership experience, including SEV1/SEV2 response, problem resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA) in production environments. Proven experience in platform monitoring and reliability, designing observability and alerting frameworks to meet defined SLAs and SLOs. Strong results orientation and ownership mindset, capable of driving platform security, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives. Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Fulfilment Operations, and Security teams to enable secure and efficient tenant service delivery. Familiar with agile and DevSecOps practices, including participation in scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
