Our clients, major stake holder in the healthcare industry, are looking for diabetic trained Staff Nurses (Agency / Perm) to join their dynamic team as Staff Nurse!
(West and Central / Office hours)
Responsibilities:
- Basic nursing duties (e.g. injections, vaccinations, wound dressing and nebulisers)
- Chronic disease management (Diabetes)
- Track patient\'s results, conducts telephone consultations to monitor and assess needs, and encourages patients to achieve desired health outcomes (builds relationship with patients)
- Conduct tests and assessment for patients (e.g. CAT, ACT)
- Order of stock and supplies
- Keen to explore technological advancements (e.g. video consult, telemonitoring)
- Working hours: 5.5 days, office hours
- For agency nurse, open to discussion (4 days, office hours; $28/hr)
- Location: West / Central
- Minimum Degree in Nursing from recognised institutions
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Experience in Diabetic care: 2 years (Preferred)
- Experience in Diabetic Retinal Photography and Diabetic Foot Screening
- Knowledge in Diabetic Counselling
- Flexible Team Player
- Proficient Computer Skills (Ms Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Enjoy family working culture
- Ability to work independently and well under pressure.
- Additional experience with cross-functional / multi-disciplinary teams will be beneficial.
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and a team player
