Description
- Preparation of patient files
- Stock management including medical items, stationery & beverages
- Management of notices, mails and cleanliness of the DC
- Management of visitors and phone calls \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with IT & Support Services on IT and DC maintenance issues
- Report personal data related breaches to Data Protection Officer
- Provide general administrative support in management of patient information and needs which include the following (not exhaustive):
- Management of patient non-clinical data \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Finance in the billing process
- Management of drug consumption report \xe2\x80\xa2 coordinate testing of urine and blood with external vendor
- At least 2 years of working experience (Preferably in healthcare setting)
- At least GCAE \'O/A\' Levels or ITE in Office Skills
- PC literate in Microsoft Office
