Summary: The ideal candidate will be experienced in the full spectrum of digital; managing across touchpoints of Social, Content Marketing, CRM, Dotcom/web and SEO in both owned, and paid platforms. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of using data and analytics to drive acquisition and engagement across the consumer journey. They should also have stellar records of launched campaigns with excellent business results.- Manage holistic strategic digital direction for brand and product launches
- Execute campaigns from strategy to media planning to achieve business growth

- Lead in new business pitches from brief to ideation
- visit analysis (through Adobe analytics / Google analytics)
- Lead the content marketing with dotcom visitor's landing page personalization recommendation based on visitor's different profile which is captured through Web analytics (Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics)
- Digital media overall conversion analysis based on multiple attribution profile to identify higher conversion propensity audience and find out the opportunity to optimize the marketing action in acquiring the traffic through digital channel (GG/FB/CRM/SEO)
- In-depth analysis to analyze the pattern of targeting (audience & placement) and type of creative message to create better conversion through the funnel in addition to site optimization for SEO
- Build the dotcom visitor's re-targeting strategy based on visit pattern through digital media tag (Google UTM Tag & Facebook Pixel) to grow digital media efficiency
- Build up consumer journey and campaign planning to engage with consumer journey along the different touch point of channel (CRM/GG/FG/Dotcom)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
