Who we are looking for:

At Bluecell, we value character and willingness to learn over credentials and CV achievements. We are looking for someone grounded and comfortable in a KPI-driven role, who will ultimately grow with the company’s success. As Digital Success Manager, you will be in charge of the end-to-end effort of bringing offline SMEs online to use our platform, and to helping them enjoy the experience. This starts at the initial outreach to SMEs, and guiding them along the process of signing up and submitting a loan application. We will provide deliberate training in outreach, sales and customer success (not just On-Job-Training), as well as ongoing guidance. On top of which, we will provide structured opportunities to go beyond the existing job scope to learn the digital tools and practices commonly used by startups.


Responsibilities

  • Cold outreach to SME owners
  • Guiding SME owners in the loan application process
  • Building and maintaining the customer database
  • Building industry-focused portfolio (( eg. SMEs in construction, manufacturing and trading industry)
  • Learning about the product and helping customers troubleshoot
  • Understanding the industries' financing pain points and provide with relevent solutions.
Requirements
  • Customer-oriented and empathetic
  • Able to easily connect with multiple personalities
  • Highly motivated to learn and results-driven
  • Comfortable with using digital tools
  • Prior Banking and/or Telesales experience will be advantageous
  • Prior Industry related experience ( eg. in construction, manufacturing and trading industry) will be advantageous
