Job Description

Location: Toa PAYOH, WALKING DISTANCE FROM MRT
Duration: 1 year contract / Monday to Saturday / 12PM - 8PM
Salary: Gross $2400 per month, excludie incentives

Job Scope:
- Assist customers by providing information regarding company app and websites
- Guiding and teaching customers how to navigate and use the apps and websites
- Share relevant benefits and advantages of using the app and websites depending on customer needs
- General admin and helpdesk duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum "N" Level, "O" Level
- Good interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented
