Job Description
Position: Digital Apps Ambassador - 1 year contract
Salary: Up to $2,800 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 8.00AM - 5.00PM (4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers to download company apps.
- Assisting customers to log into and use company apps.
- Resolve customer enquiries and provide guidance to customer that faced difficulties on the apps.
- Explaining different feature of the apps.
- Passionate about latest tech and eager to share that passion with others.
- Performed other assigned duties such as assisting Customer Service reception for basic administration work.
- Candidates with prior experiences will have an added advantage.
- Good time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates without prior experience will be considered as training will be provided.
