Job Description
:Job Scope
- Provide operations and maintenance support
- Respond timely to users\' queries
- Troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the team to track issues till closure
- Support implementation of new products features.
- Shall have at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or Business school
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Support Officer or equivalent in an Agile project
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce, SaaS, and CRM will be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable and with experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps
- Should have a strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders\' engagement
- Has the ability to track IT-related expenses and payment is an advantage
