Job Description


:Job Scope

  • Provide operations and maintenance support
  • Respond timely to users\' queries
  • Troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the team to track issues till closure
  • Support implementation of new products features.
RequirementsWork Experience
  • Shall have at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or Business school
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Support Officer or equivalent in an Agile project
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce, SaaS, and CRM will be an added advantage
  • Knowledgeable and with experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps
  • Should have a strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders\' engagement
  • Has the ability to track IT-related expenses and payment is an advantage
Education:Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:IT Support Officer: 3 years (Preferred)IT Application Support Officer: 3 years (Preferred)
