About the Role




We're seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst (DBA) to join our CLIENT project team. You will collaborate with DBAs, product managers, solution architects, and tech consultants to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions in areas such as healthcare finance, regulation, public health, analytics, and corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities




Business Analysis & Service Design


Partner with government agencies using human-centric design Analyse service journeys and identify improvements Build business cases for digital initiatives Use visual tools to communicate complex processes Facilitate workshops and gather requirements


Digital Solution Development


Convert requirements into user stories and specifications Define acceptance criteria for digital products Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions Support tech evaluation and product delivery


Requirements Management


Document and maintain end-to-end requirements Manage traceability, stakeholder validation, and change impact Create process diagrams and user flows


Project Delivery


Support Agile and Waterfall methodologies Work in diverse environments (in-house, co-sourced, outsourced) Coordinate between business and tech teams Support UAT and ensure smooth deployment

Requirements


8-10 years' experience in business analysis or digital projects Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills Background in government or regulated sectors is a plus Based in Singapore and able to work onsite
