Collaborate with the Service Delivery Directors to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Act as the main point of contact for the client regarding all IT-related matters, including project updates, issue resolution, and service enhancements.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
Lead the identification and evaluation of IT opportunities and risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project status, discuss upcoming initiatives, and address any concerns or challenges.
Coordinate cross-functional teams within the organization to deliver high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and project deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT service delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction through POCs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.
Stay abreast of industry developments and technology advancements to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Mon to Fri; 8:30am to 6pm

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a consulting role.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions in a BPO or consulting environment.
Strong technical expertise across multiple IT domains, including but not limited to software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and data analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or relevant technology certifications are a plus.
