Our Consulting team assesses customer's strategic, organizational and business challenges and uses in-depth industry knowledge to offer technical solutions that apply to future business environment and operational objectives to help our Dell Technologies gain market share and increase efficiency. What you'll achieve The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Edge or Multi-cloud technologies and their use in the design of Digital Cities Infrastructure. This role will engage with global business units and partners to provide Digital Cities consulting services. You will: Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives through engaging with Digital Cities customers or partners globally Build an in-depth knowledge of clients' business objectives that can be translated into Digital Cities business opportunities Engage with the key ecosystem partners (SI, ISV, OEM) to develop end-to-end solution /architecture for the customers Provide solution blueprints, RFP/RFI support and pilot architecture for complex engagements Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Strong business and technical acumen to build relationships and developing a consultative/solutions selling approach Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors Ability to leverage use cases for smart cities with knowledge of partners using Edge or Multi-cloud technology and big data platforms for ingestion and analytics Familiar with hybrid cloud models, IaaS, PaaS, CaaS Have good understanding of technologies such as - Multi/Hybrid cloud, IOT, Cloud Native Architecture, Apps containerization, AI/ML, CCTV, Computer vision Have a working and hands-on experience of sizing, designing and building a server, network and storage infrastructure Desirable Requirements Expertise in Digital Twin or Prescriptive Modelling or Sustainability solutions Expertise in one or more verticals - Safe City, Transportation, Green and Sustainability, Citizen Gov Services 12 to 15 years of professional experience in a presales capacity, with exposure leading large complex engagements for varied industries Here's our story now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
