We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Commercialisation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the end to end Digital Product lifecycle ensuring the maximum Return On Investment (ROI) is achieved
  • Working with stakeholders across local market including Data & Analytics, Business Owners, Risk Stewards and Global colleagues to define the product and journey; driving the Digital Product Roadmap to enhance, expose and optimize our customer journeys
  • Defines and drives improvement opportunities across customer experience, commercial product sales and digitally native capabilities
  • Leverages customer insights and data along with competitor analysis to maximise customer experience
  • Responsible and accountable for commercial outcomes in market: P&L management of the delivered product, including commercialization decisions and tracking ROI to ensure it meets the expected targets
  • Benefits tracking and reporting post-launch ensuring customer outcomes are met (e.g. NPS, other)
  • Responsible for identifying product and customer journey along with customer data requirements specific to the market for inclusion in MM SVS\xe2\x80\x99 backlog
  • SPOC for Incident management, Customer complaints and escalations and work closely with country teams to resolve the same
  • Supports digital delivery and mobile releases
  • Manages all Governance activities related to Platform Management and ensure compliance with all Regulatory & Audit requirements
  • Refines the overall digital experience for new capabilities in partnership with Marketing, Proposition, and other key stakeholders
  • Research new technologies & services, assess competitors, new entrants, and review digital regulations and put recommendations forward for new capabilities
Requirements
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player
  • 3+ years of Digital Product Management experience in building and launching new products and journeys
  • Proven experience in designing products and holistic customer experiences whilst having a passion for creating best in class experiences
  • Proven experience in Product Commercialisation & tracking of Objectives & Key Results
  • Possess a blend of business and technical knowledge whilst having the ability to drive strategy into action
  • Ability to formulate and execute key artifacts such as Product Roadmaps and Business Cases
  • An entrepreneurial drive to investigate and figure out why things happen using Data & MI whilst having the ability to put robust Business Cases together to justify why the problem needs solving
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization
  • Ability to use tools such as Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the external digital market is a strong advantage
