JOB DESCRIPTION:-
  • Drive a thriving, robust content hub and marketing campaigns;
  • Responsible for managing contents to engage consumers across various digital platforms/ online channels/applications;
  • Develop innovative and advocacy engagement communication and execute plans towards meeting business objectives;
  • Responsible for content calendar planning and execution, including generating creative copy for digital platforms including social media, e-newsletters, website, etc;
  • Consumer-centric, understands human motivations and core drives, and familiar with the principles of persuasion;
  • Organize on-site and virtual events to engage the community.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
  • Diploma/Degree Holder in mass communication/digital marketing or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of working experience in community or campaign management would be an added advantage;
  • Proficient in Adobe suites, and digital/ social media platforms will be a plus;
  • Experience in creative design, editing and copywriting, marketing/advertising strategies will be an advantage;
  • Maintain strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • High level of integrity, accountability and able to work well as a dynamic team-player;
  • Passionate individual who takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
