Purpose

Drive traffic and engage young audiences\' across digital platforms through innovative social media and digital management initiatives.

Scope

The role will focus on developing and expanding social media followers, proposing creative initiatives that will help to build the community.

Responsibilities

• Propose initiatives besides building communities on key consumer interest areas that span across multiple brands.
• Manage independently and produce spreadable social media content for digital marketing such as social media posts graphic design and video editing.
• Assess and review the community engagement output to ensure that it is consistent, relevant and current.
• Analyze and propose social media metrics for branding improvement recommendations and optimization.
• Brand reputation management in terms of maintaining conversations with social media users, respond to comments and queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report feedback with appropriate actions.
• Partner with creative team to ensure brand consistency in voice and creatives.
• Work with marketing team to bridge any existing gap or boost content.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across the different platforms to boost content.
• Constantly thrive to keep updated with digital technology trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in social media planning and management.
• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication or any related discipline is a plus
• A strong understanding of what drives digital content on social media and how it should be presented
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in both digital and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Spotify
• Able to manage projects independently and work collaboratively
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in video production, illustration and animation are prized but not mandatory
