Established in 2012, Changi Travel Services (CTS) Ptd Ltd is a subsidiary of Changi Airport Group.With established entities across majority of countries in Asia; (namely the brands - Changi Recommends & Travel Recommends), CTS aims to redefine the travel experience by providing curated & modern travel solutions to both corporate clients and mass consumers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.The Digital Content Intern will create and curate online content in addition to assisting with Singapore map distribution in airport terminals.

• Assist in Map replenishment on airport racks of all 4 terminals (including collecting packages from storeroom using baggage trolley) as and when required.
• Conduct research and create engaging listicles on trending lifestyle and travel topics in Singapore and other popular destinations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts for contests and giveaways to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist in formatting and sourcing high-quality images from hotels, attractions, and places of interest for travel-related content.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, English, Tourism or equivalent
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Basic knowledge in Adobe illustrator/ Photoshop / Canva
• Candidates must have the ability to carry small packages of maps
• Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
