Role Responsibilities
The Digital Channels and Data Analytics (DCDA) North Star is to be the leading global digital banking platform powering trade, commerce and financial services across our Network. The Digital Content Production Manager is critical to helping deliver this vision through providing administrative and coordination support to the DCDA Content / Communication Team.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the DCDA Content Team.
  • Work with the DCDA Content Team to develop and maintain the integrated communications and engagement plan and calendar.
Support administrative tasks including
  • Tracking / project managing timely delivery of communications and engagement deliverables.
  • Vendor onboarding and management.
  • Event coordination support.
  • Maintaining content library / repository and bridge page.
  • Managing distribution lists and common inboxes.
  • Scheduling and timely execution of activations.
  • Support content development and delivery of special projects as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5 Years of experience in communication assistant, administrative assistant and/or project management roles.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the DCDA Content Team
  • Work with the DCDA Content Team to develop, and maintain the integrated communications and engagement plan and calendar
  • Support administrative tasks including:
  • Tracking / project managing timely delivery of communications and engagement deliverables
  • Vendor onboarding and management
  • Event coordination support
  • Maintaining content library / repository and bridge page
  • Managing distribution lists and common inboxes
  • Scheduling and timely execution of activations
  • Support content development and delivery of special projects as needed
  • Strong command of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across various departments under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks. Strong flexibility, adaptable to changes in processes & to be open-minded about taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-driven environment.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mind and open to feedback and alternative perspectives.
