Participate in a structured rotational program that explores various aspects of digital, data and transformation, including but not limited to:


Digital strategy development and execution. Emerging technologies such as AI. Data analytics and business intelligence. Project management and agile methodologies.

Firsthand Experience:

Working on projects alongside experienced employees to gain practical insights into data, digital and transformation activities.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, propose digital solutions, and contribute to the development of technology-driven strategies.

Mentorship:

Supported by mentors from within our organisation to help navigate career paths and share key industry insights.

Training and Development:

Participating in continuous learning through workshops, training sessions, and access to industry-leading resources to enhance technical and soft skills.

Contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions, driving innovation within the company.

Job Requirements

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2025 (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Science). Strong passion for digital and data driven activities and transformation. Excellent communication and people skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Able to demonstrate good organisational, time management and personal management skills - Self-reliance and ability to take initiative. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. * Should be nationally mobile and fluent in spoken and written English.
