Job Description

Responsibilities:

• As part of the marketing team, prospects must be able to plan, design, and post content (animations, images, videos, short reels, etc) on the company\'s social media platforms that reflect the identity of the company.
• Develop effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic (including understanding the market and target audience, as well as knowing when and how to post content to fully capture the target audience).
• Create social media ads on various platforms to increase brand awareness (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok, etc\xe2\x80\xa6).
• Assist in maintaining the website with creative artwork.
• Provide design support when required by the company.
• Timely deliveries of design.
• Plan and conduct photoshoots for marketing purposes.
• Aid in the design of UI/UX for apps and the web.

Our ideal prospect should have:

• Good understanding of social media principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of graphics design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Some relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a start-up environment.
• High creativity and graphic design skills (Mascot design, UI design, Social media posts, etc..
• Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.

• Confidence in their design and ideas.
