Job Description
Core responsibilities * Prepare computerized layouts for approval * Re-sizing design elements to fit client's size requirement * Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make ame Core responsibilities Prepare computerized layouts for approval Re-sizing design elements to fit client's size requirement Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make amendment accordingly Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs Position artwork and text on the page layout Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections Color correct, resize, convert multiple file types from one platform to another Calibrate digital files for output to large format inkjet printers. Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation Other related duties as assigned by supervisor Job specifications Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PSD Preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Eye for details Overtime and shift work is required. Communicate well with Sales / Clients Able to work as a team. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge will be an advantage
